Vince Foley

Vince Foley serves as Chief Operating Officer for First American Mortgage Services, Default Services Segment, a leading provider of default servicing solutions for the mortgage servicing industry. Foley oversees product development and operating performance for all default services business channels including loss mitigation, foreclosure alternatives, foreclosure, and asset disposition.

Prior to First American, Foley held management positions with The Heritage Escrow Company, United General Title Insurance Company, LandAmerica Southland Title, and Chicago Title Company. Foley currently serves as president of his neighborhood homeowners association.

Foley holds a bachelor’s of arts degree in business administration with a concentration in economics and political science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Kristen Songrath

Kristen Songrath is the senior vice president of the Asset Disposition Services channel for First American Mortgage Services. She oversees the operation of the REO title services and resolution group, manufactured housing title services group, the national REO asset closing services group, and the residential management services group, as well as client relations.

After joining First American in 2001, Songrath held a variety of management positions, including vendor management. Her initiative and strong supervisory skills soon led to a promotion in operations management for foreclosure and REO.

Before joining First American, Songrath acquired 10 years of extensive management experience at Cosmar Corporation, where she served in customer service management. Songrath’s outstanding leadership has resulted in several honors throughout her career at First American, including Supervisor of the Year in 2002 and Manager of the Year in 2005.
