Vince Foley serves as Chief Operating Officer for First American Mortgage Services, Default Services Segment, a leading provider of default servicing solutions for the mortgage servicing industry. Foley oversees product development and operating performance for all default services business channels including loss mitigation, foreclosure alternatives, foreclosure, and asset disposition.
Prior to First American, Foley held management positions with The Heritage Escrow Company, United General Title Insurance Company, LandAmerica Southland Title, and Chicago Title Company. Foley currently serves as president of his neighborhood homeowners association.
Foley holds a bachelor’s of arts degree in business administration with a concentration in economics and political science from the University of California, Berkeley.
Jeanine LaMay is the Director of Foreclosure Alternatives for First American Mortgage Services (FAMS) and has lead the company in creating innovative services to help consumers avoid foreclosure. LaMay joined First American in 2003 and has worked in various finance and strategic roles for both the default and origination segments of FAMS.
LaMay holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Idaho and a master’s degree in business administration from the Paul Merage Business School at University of California, Irvine. She also is a Big Sister in the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County and volunteers her time both with her little sister and fundraising for the program.
