STATEBRIDGE End-to-End Investor Servicing
Statebridge was formed by a team that helped create the market for independent surveillance of mortgage backed securities – an undertaking that requires an investor’s perspective, a new outlook on servicing and a macro view of the markets. Our vision is to translate management’s years of experience in overseeing hundreds of servicers and roughly three trillion dollars worth of mortgages into a special servicer that will treat borrowers with respect and its clients’ assets as if they were its own.

End-to-End Investor Servicing
Statebridge services distressed and non-distressed mortgages and applies a tailored approach to each loan and borrower to drive borrower performance. This is done through default prevention, loan administration, and proprietary models and scripts.

What Sets Us Apart
Decision Models- Statebridge has developed various asset models to evaluate all liquidation and loss mitigation options for a loan. These models are leveraged during the loan acquisition process and throughout servicing to identify which option will result in the greatest return to the investor.

Single Point of Contact- Statebridge Servicing Specialists manage all aspecs of loan servicing. The Specialists are accountable for all servicing functions from boarding through disposition of the loan. This hands-on approach ensures that there are no errors associated with the traditional siloed approach to servicing.

REO/Collateral Valuation Partner- Full integration with an industry leading REO and Collateral Valuation partner insures that Statebridge clients receive the most accurate property values and highest capital recovery.
