With more than 400 resources dedicated to the fulfillment of hundreds of thousands of loan modifications and short sales, LenderLive’s Loan Servicing solutions provide the expert resources needed to successfully complete more loan workouts. Rick Seehausen
Rick has had a successful career in consumer finance, mortgage lending and technology for more than 25 years. Since 1985 Rick has held various
management positions with nationally recognized lenders, including Citicorp Acceptance Corporation, Mortgage Plus Incorporated, FirstPlus Financial, and City National Bank. Rick is one of the founding partners of LenderLive.
Dave Vida
Dave has more than 20 years of financial services experience, including 16 years in senior leadership roles in both mortgage servicing and loan origination. He founded and was the CEO of Acqura Loan Services and Strategic Recovery Group, a specialized loan servicing and asset recovery business. While CEO of Master Financial, Inc., Dave guided the company through an expansion and diversification which led to its first profitable quarters in over five years. Dave held numerous roles at H&R Block Mortgage and Option One Mortgage. He was President and co-founder of City Mortgage Services, one of the industry’s largest originators and servicer of junior lien mortgages. He led the company from start-up through being rated “Above Average” by Standard & Poor’s and led the growth of the company’s four retail brands and correspondent lending divisions. Prior to City Mortgage, David was CFO of Prime Financial Corporation and was a Senior Auditor and Consultant for KPMG Peat Marwick in Orange County, California.
Mr. Kim Starley
Mr. Starley manages all sales and marketing efforts for LenderLive. Kim formerly worked for Chase and American Residential, and served as President of the Colorado Mortgage Bankers Association. Kim has been supporting private-labeled, third-party loan fulfillment services for more than 15 years and is one of the founding partners of LenderLive.
