Liberty operates with over a decade of nationwide experience providing comprehensive Title and Escrow services for the entire default process from pre-foreclosure to purchase and right through REO. Liberty offers Title Report through Insurable Title Commitment as well as full settlement services from start to finish.
We don’t outsource any of our title and escrow with the exception of the occasional signing agencies for the convenience of the party’s executing, and only after carefully checking out the agency through an interview process.
At Liberty Title and Escrow, our state-of-the-art virtual closer gives you real-time online access to ordering titles, valuable tracking, and allows visualization of loan documents to help your business keep the customer satisfied. Our system interfaces with Calyx Point, so you can do all your work with a simple click of the mouse.

Key Personnel
Gary Marinosci
As President of Liberty Title & Escrow Company, Mr. Marinosci has extensive experience in residential, commercial and REO real estate closings. In addition, Mr. Marinosci has over a decade of experience ensuring his clients are in compliance with all state lending regulations. Mr. Marinosci was admitted to practice law in the state courts of Rhode Island in 1995. Mr. Marinosci graduated from Quinnipiac University School of Law where he earned his J.D. He spent a year at the University of Notre Dame Law School in London. He also holds a B.S. from Bentley College.
Jason Bourdeau
As COO, Jason is responsible for day-to-day operations at Liberty Title and Escrow. He has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, which includes default servicing, financial management and analysis. Jason has held various management positions at Cambridge Place Investment Management, Transworld Mortgage and First Gibraltar. He is a prior member of the Services Executive Committee of the AFN and USFN, as well as a USFN Ambassador Award winner and has been a speaker at various industry conferences.
Lawrence Garfinkel
Lawrence M. Garfinkel, Vice President of REO, has been handling residential real estate matters and REO closings for more than 20 years. He was admitted to practice in Connecticut in 1990 and was admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut in 1993. He received his A.B. from Franklin and Marshall College in 1987 and received his J.D. from the University Of Connecticut School Of Law in 1990. Larry has been an active participant in several organizations.
