MoKan Title Services LLC was founded on March 1, 1999, by attorneys Richard L. Martin, Steven M. Leigh, Berry F. Laws III and Thomas J. Fritzlen, Jr. to compliment their law practice at Martin, Leigh, Laws & Fritzlen P.C. Since its formation, MoKan has expanded its services to include all aspects of Real Estate transactions. They provide these services statewide for both Kansas and Missouri.
In its 10 years of business MoKan Title has been committed to providing exceptional customer service while expanding their title and escrow services. MoKan Title is now a nationally known title company that specializes in Real Estate Owned (REO) properties. They have three offices in Kansas and Missouri and employ over 40 staff members in both production and escrow. MoKan Title takes pride in the relationships they have formed with clients over the years. It’s through those relationships with loyal clients that MoKan has continued to thrive in these difficult economic times.
MoKan is an agent for First American National Title, Fidelity National Title and Old Republic Title.

Amy Wilson is the Director of Client and Business Services for MoKan Title Services, LLC. Ms. Wilson has been with the company since its inception in 1999. She was a key component in building MoKan Title into the nationally recognized company it has become. She is licensed in Kansas and Missouri. Ms. Wilson’s experience in title production and escrow allows her to manage the day to day operations of MoKan Title and is a resource to agents and clients alike.
