Mortgage Contracting Services, LLC (MCS) is a national preservation company founded in 1986. MCS has operations located in both Tampa, Florida and Plano, Texas. We have a twenty-five year history of providing inspections and property preservation services in a highly-regulated environment, the proven ability to handle large volumes and a history of recruiting, managing and monitoring a substantial vendor network.

Caroline Reaves
Caroline Reaves is CEO of Mortgage Contracting Services. Named to this position in October 2009, she is responsible for the planning and execution of MCS’ strategic initiatives, as well as managing its overall direction to build upon the company’s growth and market gains. With more than 25 years in the industry, Reaves’ experience varies from originations and contract management to acquisitions, investor reporting and default. Currently, she is the chairperson of the Mortgage Bankers Association P&P Work Group, a position that has supplemented her industry experience to help with customer acquisition, retention and service. Reaves additionally represents MCS on multiple national industry committees and as a participant on tradeshow panels, her involvement varying from USFN®, America’s Mortgage Banking Attorneys®, National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) and American Legal & Financial Network (ALFN). Reaves earned a Bachelor of Science in economics from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, La. She actively serves as part of the Louisiana Tech Alumni Board.
John Maxwell
John Maxwell is chief operating officer for MCS. Named to this position in October 2010, he is responsible for the management of strategic and organizational operations to ensure consistent company growth, as well as for building and maintaining relationships with financial institution leaders. Maxwell has spent more than 30 years in the industry, his experience ranging from management roles in loan servicing, servicing acquisitions, default management and more.
Mike Carroll
Mike Carroll is chief financial officer for MCS. He is responsible for financial, strategic, contractual and operational matters for the organization. Carroll holds a bachelors degree in accounting from the University of Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Chad Mosley
Chad Mosley is vice president of business development for MCS. Mosley joined MCS in summer 2008 as assistant vice president of business development, where he was responsible for creating and growing both new and existing business relationships for pre-sale inspections, preservation services and real estate owned (REO) preservation services. With more than nine years in the industry, Mosley has experience managing all sides of the mortgage process from originations to the disposition of REO properties. His expansive knowledge has enabled him to represent MCS on numerous tradeshow panels and discussion forums. He is currently an active member of two CMBA conference planning committees, the USFN® REO/Eviction committee and the REOMAC Summit Committee. Mosley earned a Bachelor of Science in business management from the University of Texas at Dallas.
