Richard Rodriguez is the CEO/President at National Creditors Connection, Inc. (NCCI). Prior to founding NCCI in 1992, Mr. Rodriguez gained his experience in collections working for various companies, including ORCO State Employees CU and Professional Image Services. He gained experience from managing Loan, Collections, and Sales & Marketing departments.
Mr. Rodriguez went on to establish NCCI in 1992. He has strategically and successfully led NCCI from a local Southern California business presence, to the nation’s premier field service firm. Mr. Rodriguez is a current member of the California Credit Union Collectors Council (CCUCC), Northwest Credit Union Collectors Association (NWCUCA, NEAMA, and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), where he is currently serving on the Executive Board.

Jerry Rahon is Chief Operating Officer at National Creditors Connection, Inc (NCCI). Mr. Rahon is a graduate of California State University in Long Beach where he received his degree in Finance. Prior to joining NCCI in 2006, Mr. Rahon gained the majority of his management and sales training experience while working in the wireless industry for AT&T, Cingular and Verizon Wireless.
Currently, Mr. Rahon is responsible for driving NCCI’s growth and profitability. He strives to exceed industry standards with an emphasis on Operational Excellence. In his current role, Mr. Rahon delivers a consistent, integrated and responsive customer experience through an integrated sales, services and marketing organization.
Jay Loeb is Vice President and one of the principal owners of NCCI. Prior to joining NCCI in 1996, Mr. Loeb was Vice President of a private investigation and auto recovery firm in San Diego, California. His initial role at NCCI was to build a nationwide network of field contact professionals. He has successfully led at different intervals, the NCCI Sales and Operations departments.
Currently Mr. Loeb heads Strategic Business Development at NCCI. He is working extensively in developing strategic alliances with new and existing clients.
