Experienced in the various facets of asset management of distressed and investment grade properties, with over 35 years in the real estate and financial services industry, Alan’s experience includes collections, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and loss mitigation alternatives. His skills extend into business development of emerging markets, due diligence, quality control as well as mortgage lending and loan servicing operations for financial institutions, hedge funds, and private investors, both domestic and foreign. He holds Bachelor of Science and a Juris Doctor and offices out of Houston, Texas.
Lynette has over 25 years’ experience in loan servicing of single family and commercial mortgages. During her career, Lynette worked with not only commercial and residential mortgage lenders but savings and loan associations, the RTC, and banks. She was with RBC Builder Finance’s troubled asset department before joining Specialty Servicing Solutions. Her areas of expertise extend into virtually every facet of loan servicing including FHA, VA, conventional and the GSE’s. Lynette is very customer concentric and brings a wealth of knowledge in a very demanding environment.
As a key member of the RMS Asset Management Group, James manages cash, account reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable and all other facets of mortgage accounting including REO and managed asset of distressed properties. James was most recently the controller of one of the largest screen printing companies in the U.S., where he oversaw a complex accounting environment with a large number of employees, vendors, clients, and subsidiaries. His experience also includes working for Dell, Inc., a Fortune 500 company. James helps RMS manage the cohesiveness of its accounting and customer servicing systems, thereby ensuring the quality of the company’s service to its clients and vendors. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University in 1999 with bachelor’s degree in accounting.
